Risk Transfer

At 5 Point Inspection Services, factor 3 on our mind is the risk transfer your insured has with contracted

services that may leave them open to additional loss. Your insured should know when to obtain contracts

and COIs for services and if they should be named as an additional insured. Typical property

maintenance is usually conducted by 3 rd party contractors. We do our best to ensure that the insured has

adequate agreements in place to protect themselves, their property, and the policy. You never know when

someone else is going to cost your insured money, but they should know how to transfer the risk back to

the right party. We also want to make sure certain preventive services are being conducted including pest

control, trash removal, and routine inspections on the units and all equipment.
